Prelim Exams

the prelim examination is approaching , dated december 16 and 18 but i am not in good conditioned as of this moment. I feel difficulty of breathing, vomitting and nausea.
i cannot sleep at night. I think of visiting a doctors for check up but it is bit expensive and my money is just enough for the tuition fee. So in other words i have no budget for my health. I endure the sick i feel but sometimes i really feel like to collapse. I have no apettite that become the reason i become very slim and look anxious. I have done self medication which i thinked it worsen the situation, my stomach comes to be upset. oh goodness what will happen to me is all because of me.....
